ABOUT MA'AKUM
We are working on a project to reduce the proportion of injured people to reach critical cases and reduce the death because of ambulance delayed. We have thought and search for a device that works in cases of delayed ambulance, which is a first aid aircraft (drone) .
HOW IT WORK ?
First aid drone is attached to the emergency system. When a notification of the incident is received , it directly reach to all doctors and nurses in the area through the "Ma'akam" app to assist the wounded . The drone will move ONLY if the road was busy or the ambulance will take a long time to reach, which may adversely affect the patient's condition especially if serious, to avoid the event of death, or that the situation does not require the presence of crew Medical. Then the doctor goes to the site and performs the first aid until the arrival of the ambulance to complete the procedures.
The app includes nurses and a group of doctors, while an incident in an area , the app sends to all doctors in the area urgent notice that there is an injured and go after confirmation of their presence to the scene of the incident, so we'll be able to reduce the mortality or mitigation of deep wounds and saving people's souls faster .

STRENGTHS
Provide a live screen that allows communication between the doctor (at the scene) with the hospital
Free application is available in all operating systems for incidents

The drone cannot move or fly in extreme weather conditions

The dangers of penetrating the drone
Affected by the weather (rain)
If we didn't update the drone with smart sensors , that may lead to a total destruction in front of bridges and tall buildings
